A new year has begun and with it another Velasquez Family coffee harvest. Guillermo took a trip to Honduras to visit his family and their coffee farms in mid-December. While there he was able to capture a few images of the hard work that is underway to prepare the coffee harvest for transport to us here in Minnesota.
