Natalia's Vienna Roast coffee (medium)
Medium Roast. Dark brown with small amounts of oil on the bean's surface, full bodied flavor. This is not as dark as our French Roast, but darker than the Full City. Available ground and whole bean.
Our Vienna Roast coffee is named after Guillermo's mother, Natalia Rodriguez. Natalia's father Coronado was one of the first to bring coffee to their region of Honduras. Natalia raised 8 children and over the years also cared for numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Now having reached the impressive age of 90, she is still often the first one to get up every morning to start brewing coffee.
